Finding Balance Through Myofascial Release

The Chiniology team specializes in providing Myofascial Release Therapy, commonly referred to as MFR, to clients seeking relief from painful symptoms. MFR is a hands-on therapeutic technique to eliminate pain and restore motion. During a session, we will apply gentle sustained pressure on targeted areas of connective tissue, known as fascia, that surround the muscle and bones. The pressure helps to improve your range of motion and lessen pain in the targeted area by releasing restriction in the connective tissue.

Each member of the Chiniology team has undergone extensive training in the Myofascial Release specialization. Founder, Kristin Pulman Chini, has personally undertaken over 300 hours of continuing education training. These training hours allow our team to treat all of the unique needs of our patients.

We currently offer 60-, 90-, and 120-minute hands-on treatment sessions. Clients can expect to find some improvement from their pain after the first session.  Schedule your first session today and get back to feeling great.

What is Myofascial Release?

Myofascial Release(MFR) is a hands-on therapeutic technique to eliminate pain and restore motion through gentle sustained pressure on targeted areas of connective tissue, the fascia - seen here, that surround the muscle and bones. The pressure helps to improve your range of motion and lessen pain in the targeted area by releasing restriction in the connective tissue. Unlike many other forms of treatment, MFR is a drug-free option for authentic healing.
